Important - Due to staffing shortages we can only offer morning appointments for URGENT blood tests and for patients that are unable to travel to hospital. All other patients will be requested to book their blood test at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. A booking link will be sent/given to you by the GP or reception if bloods are required. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and would like to assure you that normal service will resume as soon as we are able.

If you want to book an appointment online, you can use the NHS App or log into your account on the NHS website. You can create an account if you do not already have one.
You can also be able to book GP appointments online using other apps and online services such as Evergreen Life and Patient Access.

These are 15-minute pre-bookable appointments between 6.30 pm to 8 pm. These are bookable online or over the telephone.
These are pre-bookable face to face appointments at our Whitchurch Surgery between the hours of 8 am to 1 pm.
