Booking Appointments

diaryThe surgery reception  phones are staffed from 8.30 until 1pm and 2pm until 6.30 and appointments may be booked at any time.

The duration of appointments can vary but is usually 10 minutes. If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know so that we may reallocate it to another patient.

If you need an appointment for a full medical please book adequate time - a minimum of 20 minutes.

Appointments for a blood test can be made with a phlebotomist. It is often helpful to know a little about why you wish to see the doctor or nurse; the reception staff are conversant with the need for confidentiality. However, if you would rather not say so, if asked, simply state that it is "in confidence".

Home Visits

If a patient is unable to come to the surgery but must see a doctor or nurse, we can offer a home visit. Please try to make your request before 11 am.

Practice Nurse

See our practice nurse information leaflet for details about booking an appointment with the practice nurse.
